1. How to create a login account
1. Access the link: saigonbrick.com.vn .Go to the menu (upper left corner)
2. Go to "Login/Logout"
3. The screen appears as shown in picture 3. Click "Create account"
4. Enter your email address to register an account. Then select "Register"
5. After successful registration, you will receive an email from Sgon Braiick, including the following information: Username and Password. Click on "My Account" to perform the next actions.
6. In "My Account," you will find some basic functions. Select "Account details" to update your information.
7. Enter information in the required fields. You can change your password instead of using an existing one.
8. After entering the required passwords, click on "Save changes."
8. Return to the "Sign In" page and sign in with the password you just updated.
2. How to create online orders
1. Search for products in the search bar at "Home"
2. Or you can search in the product list on the "Store" page. Scroll down to see more products
At the desired product, click on the product name to view the product
3. You can click on the arrow to see more images of the product
4. Scroll down to view product information. Click "Add to cart" to add product to cart. Click view cart to check out the product
5. "Cart" will display the number of products you have added. Here you can apply Points or Discount Code (if any) to proceed with payment. Next click "Proceed to check out"
6. Fill in the necessary information in the "Payment & Shipping" section, if you want to make a note for your order, please fill in the "Additional Information" section.
7. In the order information section, you can choose shipping methods and payment methods. After confirming and ensuring the accuracy of the purchase information, click "Place Order"
8. After the "Order Completed" notification, you will receive a detailed email with your purchase information from Saigon Brick.
You can review your orders on the website by clicking "Your Orders"
9. Go to "Orders" in "My Account" to review your order details
10. Click "Download invoice" to view and download the order invoice
3. Points and rewards
Note: Points and rewards only apply to customers who have updated email address
For every 100,000 VND spent, you will earn 1 point (condition: you have to enter email address to earn points). You can track all information related to points, levels and rewards on the page Points & Rewards
1. My points: displays information about your available points, earned points and redeemed points
2. My level: displays the current rank and the number of points needed to upgrade. SaigonBrick currently has 3 membership levels: Newbie (50-100 points), Professional (101-150 points), Expert (151 points or more)
3. My rewards:
- Rewards: displays the rewards you can redeem. (More details in section 4)
- Coupons: Displays the valid coupons that you had.
- Expired Coupons: Displays coupons that you have used or are expired.
4. Recent Activities: Displays actions related to the use of points and coupons.
How to Redeem Rewards: Currently, SGB has a campaign where you earn points for purchase: for every 100,000 VND spent, 1 point will be credited to the customer's account. (Example: An invoice with a value of 260k will earn 2 points in the customer's account with the provided email)
6. Reward opportunities: Displays the rewards that SGB is currently applying for customers.
4. How to Use Coupons in an Order:
1. On the "Points & Rewards" page, the "My Rewards" section will display the rewards you qualify to redeem.
2. Click the "Redeem Points" button next to the desired reward (Image 1), enter the points quantity, and click "Redeem" (Image 2).
3. You will receive a discount coupon code, and your current points will be deducted by the redeemed amount.
4.1. Method 1: Choose "Apply coupon" and the coupon will be automatically saved and applied when you proceed to pay for the next order.
4.2. Method 2: Click the icon to copy the coupon code. During checkout, paste the coupon code into the discount code field and select "Apply Coupon" to apply the discount to the invoice.
5. Upon successful order placement, the coupon will become invalid.
5. Refunding an Received Order:
1. Go to "My Account" > "Orders". In the order you want to refund, click "Refund"
2. In the Refund Request section, please enter the Refund Reason for your order. Then click "Send request"
3. Refund status appears, if you want to cancel the refund request, click "Cancel request"
4. Once your request is accepted, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund status of your order
5. Order status and order value will be changed
6. How to Add the Saigon Brick App to the Home Screen:
1. At Saigon Brick's website, select the sharing icon (picture 1)
2. Select the line "Add to home screen" (picture 2)
3. Select "Add" in the upper right corner (picture 3)
